Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be member of the Investment Technology and Support Unit (ITSU).
He/She will work closely the team head to provide investment and administrative support to various Investment Management (IM) Teams

Main duties include:


  • Extract data and conduct analysis for IM teams using Bloomberg and FACTSET systems
  • Assist the IM teams in portfolio management and analysis
  • Update templates for use in client reviews, reporting and presentations
  • Conduct Broker / Counterparty reviews with key IM teams
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the IC and portfolio review meetings
  • Maintain (rebalance) Model Portfolios for the IM teams
  • Administration of Approved Lists & Universal Lists & Model Portfolios for IM teams
  • Consolidate Investment performance & risk reporting for IM teams and CIO 
  • Provide secretarial support to Investment Committees
  • Develop user friendly and automated tools to be used by IM units in investment decision making
  • Review and recommend process for improvements and automation where applicable
  • Involve in initiatives and projects meetings where applicable 
  • Other administrative duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • A recognized tertiary education or degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
  • Familiar with the financial markets, particularly knowledge in equities, fixed income and multi-assets will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Bloomberg and FACTSET system would be preferable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various user groups 
  • Be a self-learner, motivated to achieve
  • Programming skills in VBA, Python/R language and use business intelligence tools is an advantage
  • Experience with or interest in/knowledge of AWS is also helpful
