About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.


Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare & process accounting transactions relating to corporate real estate

  • Perform reconciliation with general ledger balances

  • Using analytic tools to update monthly visualisation and dashboards

  • Perform goods receipt and raise purchase requisition

  • Maintain SharePoint and database

  • Tracking of assets owned by the division

  • Support division administrative tasks

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree from any recognised University or establishment (Business, Finance or Accounting will be beneficial).

  • 2-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)

  • Relevant experience with SAP is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a good team player

  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
