Job Responsibilities

Strategic Thinking & Planning 

  • Responsible to formulate and lead a mobile-first approach for wealth sales acquisition and able to design customer-centric digital sales experiences 
  • Responsible for the Digital wealth acquisition strategy to acquire new wealth customers as well as grow the AUM of the existing through varied wealth product lines, appreciating the importance of different phases of the buying journey in the digital space 
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic & business case planning to tactical activities to drive wealth targets 
  • Analyzing potential revenue streams for product development with a focus on the wealth space
  • Evolve and innovate offering in line with market demands, opportunities and analysis
  • Understand the business issues and be able to define plans and milestones to resolve them
  • Review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

 

Marketing & Execution

  • Responsible for driving Digital Wealth acquisition and transaction numbers, able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, championing best in class marketing and sales strategy across paid and owned channels for existing and new Digital Wealth services.
  • Actively work with internal stakeholders to drive digital funnel performance leveraging a data-first approach.  
  • Lead team members who understand the importance of managing fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel to develop initiatives to increase yield and scale volume

 

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a small team of managers responsible for our Digital Wealth strategy and numbers. 
  • Responsible for developing careers of team members and provide day to day guidance and direction.  

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 10-12 years of product management experience in a financial institution or fintech in the Digital Wealth space. 
  • Able to lead high performing teams and is comfortable with targets and running after sales numbers 
  • Deep expertise in direct-response and performance marketing for Wealth products, as well as strong paid media, and martech/adtech foundations will be an advantage 
  • Strong analytical skills and able to assess multiple systems for troubleshooting. Good problem solver and decision maker.
  • Ability to write well and experienced at writing various business documents (i.e. business case and requirements, project plans, presentations, reports, and specifications).
  • Excellent communications skills and able to work across both business and technology partners.
  • Excited and passionate about digital technologies, and its ability to change significantly the way we live.
