About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing Banker's Guarantee Applications and ensure documentation are in order.
  • Ensure that all transactions and tasks assigned are processed/carried out in accordance with the operating/compliance procedures.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the back office to ensure smooth processing of transactions within the set turnaround times
  • Handle customer/internal inquiries effectively and provide advice on Banker’s Guarantee
  • Ensure appropriate escalation to Team Manager / management as soon as an issue is identified.
  • Perform any other duties delegated by Team Manager from time to time

Education

  • Minimum a recognised degree in a relevant field
