About the Department

Group Retail provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions essential for them to achieve their financial goals and aspirations. Our products and services include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment, treasury and wealth advisory services. We also provide our Business Banking customers with loans, cash management and trade financing products to help them manage their business and to support their growth ambitions. 

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure. We adopt a portfolio approach to customer engagement and relationship deepening. Applying a persona framework, the portfolio management team regularly conducts studies on customer sub-segments to identify growth opportunities.  Working closely with internal data partners and product teams, the team develops and executes engagement, growth and gating strategies for target segments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the campaign management cycle, from customer selection to leads farming and results analysis
  • Review campaign effectiveness with Sales leaders and Product and sharpen targeting over time
  • Conduct reviews to measure effectiveness of portfolio strategies, identify improvement opportunities as well as vulnerabilities
  • Assist on preparation of management reports and ad hoc analysis to support product development

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail or SME banking with cross-functional knowledge e.g. marketing, product, digital, analytics
  • Proficient in Excel is a must; knowledge in advanced functionalities is a plus
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and to think, plan and execute resourcefully
  • Strong communicator with experience in senior stakeholder interaction and demonstrated data storytelling skills
  • Clear, concise writing, speaking and presentation skills in English language
