About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include managing customer banking relationships, cross-selling products and services as well as portfolio risk management. Increase Product holding through Hand-holding selected untagged pool of mass market customers.
•Proactive outbound calling to existing customers to establish stronger relationship with a focus to cross-sell other products to increase PPC
•AIP Leads triggered through Portfolio Team to increase product holding & create “stickiness” of customers.
•Referrals to sales channels for follow ups and ensure closure of leads
Anti Attrition (Triggered Leads)
•Initiate service calls for anti-attrition purpose through triggered leads provided by Portfolio Team.
•Ring fence and encourage growth of existing BPL customers

Job Requirements

•A strong customer service mindset focused on delivering a delightful and engaging customer experience
•Disciplined with minimal supervision with a “Can do” attitude, focused on resolution.
•Highly-motivated self-starter with strong problem solving skills and has ability to deliver targets
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good spoken English and preferably be conversant in Mandarin and major dialects to handle Mandarin/dialect speaking customers
•Meticulous with good organizational skills
•Mortgage retention experience preferred.
