About the Department

Decision Management Solution is part of the wider Risk and Decision Management (R&DM) Division that is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring risk and decision management models for UOB’s Group Retail Bank. “Analytics Support & Decision Management Solution” team has been set up to execute the initiatives to
(1) equip R&DM team members with the right tools, e.g. analytics tool, data, infrastructure, and (2) support the enabling of analytics to the users within Group Retail segment.

Job Responsibilities

•    Work as part of the UOB Business Banking “Digital Run Team” to deliver industry-leading digital customer analytics by making full use of our data platforms, reporting, and analytical tools
•    Report to the Head of Business Banking Analytics
•    Drive cross sell and up-sell campaigns to be executed on bank app/ digital properties 
•    Build conceptual data analytics models to support 1:1 campaigns on bank app/ digital properties
•    Complete campaign management activities on digital campaign management tool 
•    Deliver digital (user) insights to the Business Banking Portfolio Management team covering our core Singapore Market
•    Be jointly responsible with other Digtial Run Team members for the business/financial success of campaigns delivered 
 

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience- Must Have 
•    Min 3-4 years of strong App/Web data experience in either agency or client environment 
•    Min 4-5 years of SQL Data Query experience  
•    Proven experience of synthesizing digital marketing data and app usage data to devise/drive campaigns 
•    Campaign /CRM tool experience either enterprise e.g Unica, Adobe or newer cloud based tool 
•    Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a large degree of independence.
•    Team player
•    Ability to communicate insights and drive actions clearly with business teams

Additional Skills/Experience - Nice to Have
•    Machine leanring modeling skillsets applied on customer/ marketing data sets 
•    2-3 years of Adobe Analytics usage experience 

Education
•    A recognized degree in a Business, Engineering or Quantitative programme (e.g Statistics)
