About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities
  • A subject matter expert, you will lead and perform process improvement activities needed to transform processes to end-state efficient and standardized business processes.
  • You will be responsible for comprehensively evaluating business capabilities, data gathering and analysis, providing best practices around that capability or researching where applicable, process mapping, developing and recommending alternatives for improvement, developing performance metrics, obtaining leadership or stakeholder agreement, implementing agreed improvements, and monitoring post-process improvement initiative performance to updated standards.
  • Collaborates with the business to ensure business readiness and transfer knowledge for any new process / system.
  • Ensure integrity of the business capability leveraging deep subject matter expertise and previous experience to ensure it is designed and developed correctly.
  • If necessary, create a formal network and acts as the liaison between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
Job Requirements
  • Good problem solving skills, quick to understand the subject operating model and end deliverables. Redesign to translate into efficient and standardized business processes.
  • Practitioner subject matter expert with strong organizational and business analysis skills.
  • Good people and collaborative skills with ability to work across cross functional group and ensure ability to influence and execute across groups.
  • A passion for technology, efficiency and productivity improvement.
  • Structured and process driven (ideally with project management experience)
  • Strong drive for results; ability to plan, track and follow through to drive results
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 6 years working experience, with 3 years of Business Process Improvement experience or in similar discipline.
