About the Department

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking module across Asia
  • Design, configure and test reports in the Workday System
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders and system implementer to ensure all requirements are accurately captured and documented
  • Provide system solutions and advice to drive efficiency and enhance user experience
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and system deployment activities
  • Perform post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system configuration and liaising with relevant parties for resolution e.g. IT if further technical support is required.
  • Support system enhancements and Workday releases
  • Become a Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems
  • At least 8 years of experience of implementing and maintaining HCM systems, with 2-3 years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management implementation
  • Knowledge of Workday Core HCM is essential. You should be familiar with Business Process Framework, EIB, security and reporting in Workday.
  • Experience in integrating Workday with outsourced Payroll providers, or to other systems and applications.
  • Good understanding of Human Resources shared services operations, processes, guidelines and practice
  • Exposure in User Experience requirement gathering and best practices
  • Critical thinking ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Keen to learn and take up new challenges
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP-HCM or SuccessFactors Recruiting and Learning is a plus
