About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

• Review, make decision and (if required) escalate NTB Credit Card applications
• Review, make decision and (if required) escalate Customer Initiative Credit Card Limit Increase Requests (Temporary and Permanent)
• Review, make decision and (if required) escalate appeal requests from Business
• Act as Mentor for junior approvers
• Perform review and verification on new CCA company
• Perform review and verification for information update on existing CCA companies
• Manage CCA database
• Act as BCP champion for PUC

Job Requirements

• S1 degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Unsecured Approver with CDL
• Good credit analysis
• Good knowledge on credit principles and process
• Good communication skill
• English proficiency
• Have balanced view between risk and business goal
