The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Senior Client Implementation roles is based on Client Implementation team whose purpose is to implement complex cash management solutions both in-country and across Group for our top-end Wholesale Banking Customer.

The role of the Senior Client Implementation is to achieve and realize new business income for the UOBI by pro-actively project managing the implementation complex cash management solution. To ensure the solution is coordinated and delivered within agreed timescales, managing customer expectations and resolving any issues arising with the relevant stakeholder. The role is also to managing and developing client relationships on an ongoing basis in order to maximize cross selling opportunities

Your responsibilities will include: Project managing the implementation of complex Cash Management solution both in-country and across Group, providing key clients with consultation throughout the life cycle of the project, driving project timelines in order to achieve optimal time. Being up to date with product and technical developments in order to implement the most appropriate customer solution.


Job Requirements

Strong knowledge on Cash Management Solution product, Fluent in English conversation and writing, Experience with Implementation and engage with Customer at least for last two years.
