About the Department

The Global Market function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients. Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients’ investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs
• Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plan
• Covers activities related to the management and support of sales, trading, research, and origination of fixed income instruments for institutional and corporate clients
• Markets & Investment Banking covers activities related to the sell side, with a primary focus on advising, structuring, selling, trading, and research on behalf of institutional clients
• Work closely with governance team ie Legal, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance to ensure proper control and governance
• Promote and cross sell Bank’s products

Job Requirements

• A University degree from a recognized university in a relevant field
• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in a treasury dealing room handling Commercial/Corporate clients;
• Willing to travel outstation
• Keen interest in financial market, passion for dealing in stocks and shares
• Good leadership, high achiever and target driven.
• Able to work independently, a team player and have good communication skills
• Strong knowledge in Treasury products including fixed income, foreign exchange instruments such as Spot, Options, Swaps, Forwards and interest rate derivatives;
• PKMC / PPKM License holder.
