About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day Trade/FSCM/Open Account Operations, covering 1 or several Trade Products
  • Attend and provide technical advice / support to Business Units and Customers
  • Ensure operational problems, complaints and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder/Diploma
  • 1-2years in Trade experience preferred
  • Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good attitude and integrity
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
