About the Department

You will report into the UOB Card Operations & Processing Centre (COPC). COPC supports the unsecured loan products and services..

 As a Team Member to COPC, you  review and analyse the dispute cases (also known as chargeback) and liaise with UOB Teams and international bodies to help customers resolve billing matters

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage billing disputes (chargeback) related to Credit and Debit Cards
  • Interaction with customers (cardholder and merchants), organisations and international network to resolve billing matters
  • Review process and procedures, and identify areas for improvement and risk control

 

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic accounting knowledge;
  • Strong analytical skills; meticulous and ability to deal with ambiguity and make timely decision;
  • Ability to multi-task in a team and work under pressure to produce accurate results meeting deadlines;
  • Self-motivated, independent and good team player;
  • Good interpersonal and communication (in both verbal and written) skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
