• Oversees and supervise teams to provide excellent customer service and experience
• Lead the team by example and be able to demonstrate high-performance culture mindset
• Coaching and training to improve subordinate skillset
• Determine the most appropriate solutions to problems and take action when there is discipline
• To monitor and assess staff demeanour, technical accuracy, negotiating skills and customer satisfaction to conform the company policies and procedure.
• To work closely with Agents and ASD management to develop and increase customer satisfaction, resolve customer complaints, and getting positive feedback from customers starting with the 1st touchpoint along the way of the customer journey 


• Required minimum of vocational diploma or bachelor's degree and above
• More than 2 years experience in supervisor role
• Have a positive can-do attitude, flexible to accommodate the needs of our customers and team
• Communicate effectively and professionally with others, from customers to fellow advocates
