About the Department

The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.

Digital Advocate (6 months contract)

  • Digital Advocate will be assisting branches to actively migrate transactions to the self-service machines, online platforms (such as internet banking and mobile app, UOB TMRW).
  • Educate and guiding customers on how to use the self-service machines, internet banking and UOB TMRW
  • Branch hours: 5.5 days work

Service Associate (6 months contract)

  • Perform frontline counter transactions to meet customers’ currency exchange needs with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross-selling of Bank’s and Business Partners’ services and products
  • Assist with other administrative duties assigned by team leader
  • shift work: 6 days work (day and night shift)

Branch Temp Staff (hourly rate)

  • Assist branch with crowd and queue management (getting the right Q ticket if cannot be migrated to self-service machines)
  • Simple form filling
  • Attend customers’ simple banking enquiries
  • Guide customer to use UOB TMRW or Personal Internet Banking (placing fixed deposit promotion, for existing FD account)
  • To commit minimum 1 month
  • Branch hours: 6 days work
