About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
The insurance specialist is the subject matter expert for insurance products and partner with relationship managers for insurance product offering to existing Citibank customers.
• A strong customer focus orientation to be able to attend to customer concerns through coordination with relevant internal stakeholders as well as insurance provider/s
• Responsible for growing portfolio and establish a good relationship with customers and branch/hub; achieving target revenue for hub and personal target.
• Support the sales team to sell products to the existing base through portfolio analysis of existing insurance and investment holdings, needs analysis, and customer risk profile. Work with relationship manager to conduct financial needs analysis as well as have meaningful insurance / protection discussions with clients
• Ensuring the customer engagement by organizing meets and speaking about insurance offering to build awareness in those meets.
• The insurance specialist must have his/her own sales activities which may include prospecting and calling leads coming from customer campaigns or lead referrals
• Ensure the monthly attainment of his/her insurance goals
• Joint sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate customers buy the right insurance product.
• End to end processing of insurance applications and processing of client aftersales concerns
• Be extremely vigilant for potential sales complaints, free look cancellations, surrender ratios, lapse rates and sales complaints.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, Ensure compliance with internal policies and laws/regulations.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any field
• At least 3 year-experience in selling and marketing, Insurance product
• Good knowledge in insurance product
• Credit analysis
• Selling technique
• Negotiation skill
• Marketing activities
• Good written and oral communication in Thai
• Good interpersonal skill
