About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform collection / recovery activity on delinquent Business Banking accounts which comprised of Secured, Unsecured, Government loans and Trade facilities
  • Negotiate with customer on payment and follow up on payment arrangements
  • Review and assess suitability of customer eligible under Bank's financial assistance program
  • Review and initiate cost effective collection and recovery avenues to maximise recoveries and minimise losses
  • 90 calls per day, reviewing eligible cases for relief program and implementation
  • Statistical reporting
  • Meet and achieve KPI set
