About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to perform ad hoc analysis and on-going portfolio review to support Country Policy & Portfolio Management Team on Product Review Document, policies and business initiatives review
  • Liaise with different units / parties to roll out credit policies per approved, and evaluate their effectiveness over time (Business, Approval, Operations etc)
  • Work together with other units to improve underwriting process by exploring/utilizing alternative data
  • Ensure compliance on group and local policies for all program initiatives
  • Monitor program initiatives to ensure performance are within expectation
  • Work together with Credit Infra and Business team to ensure smooth execution on program initiatives

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a retail banking/fin tech with role preferably in a credit risk policy, MIS and portfolio management capacity
  • Analytical mind, good communication and presentation skill, meticulous and self-motivated
  • Familiar with portfolio monitoring techniques & tools such as SAS programming/ SQL,  Excel for data analysis
  • Have knowledge on Unsecured Policies/Business and Digital Platform
  • Familiar with local regulatory landscape
