About the Department

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and design training program contents and methodology to be in line with Group Office’s training guidelines and each program’s objectives. 
  • Design and customize integrated learning program, in order to create and enhance knowledge, skills, application and behavioral change per specific Business Unit needs or requirements in new ways of blended learning with activities, platforms and classrooms
  • Support Head of L&D in preparing annual Learning & Development plan to be in line with strategies, available budget and resources and ensure the implementation of Learning & Development plan meet the objectives of Business Unit. 
  • Coordinate with internal/external trainer to develop and design program contents and appropriate learning methodology for the target group of each program.
  • Initiate knowledge management strategies that align with T&D and UOB (Thai) people strategy, plan and implement knowledge management activities in order to acquire, retain and share knowledge in the organization for continuous learning cultures
  • Coordinate and implement T&D and HR projects to align with Group UOB.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources / Organization Development / Education Technology
  • 7-8 years working experiences in Training & Development
  • Experiences in design program contents and learning methodology
  • Experiences in implementing knowledge management in the organization
  • Good command of English communications
