Job Responsibilities

UOB is looking for a candidate who has good analytical skill, excellent in numerical sense and a good interpersonal skill to be the right hand man of their Head of Rewards for providing the support in all Performance & Rewards related tasks.

The candidate should be able to analyze, propose and develop the compensation and benefits policies and programs to ensure market competitiveness in order to attract, retain and motivate staff.  The successful candidate will be the go-to-guy who handling the performance management systems , and support Head of Rewards on key activities e.g. Total Remuneration/ Benefits Survey and Total Comp Review Exercise, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
  • More than 7 years’ experience in C&B area from banking industry is preferable
  • Working knowledge of labor law and income tax
  • Proficient in MS office especially Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge on accounting process or budgeting would be advantage.
