About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure consent-seeking efforts across region for deposits & wealth customers are progressing according to plan with regular tracking
  • Work with business and tech to develop business requirements on consent data migration for regulatory/investigative purposes
  • Distill customer segment mapping and its dependencies such as AUM criteria, household relationship, customer overlaps amongst others and work towards customer segment mapping TOM
  • Collaborate and partner S&D in RM-customer mapping TOM 
  • Adopt and operationalise trademark licensing agreement which includes usage of Citi marks, trademark notices, branding, acquisition etc
  • Provide ongoing progress/updates at regular cadences, gather feedback / input from country workstream leads

Job Requirements

  • Recognized university degree with minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience working in retail banking segments.
  • He/She should have strong analytical skills and is meticulous, proactive and able to think independently and creatively
  • Resourceful and has good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
  • Has good communication and writing skills; with ability to present to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tracks and is adaptable to evolving business needs & challenges
  • Bonus if the candidate has prior experience from organizational integration work
  • A self-motivated individual with strong sense of accountability and ownership
