About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

Team Lead for SIngapore Outward Remittance and Hongkong Remittance (Inward and Outward) in charge of overseeing daily operations with staff strength of @ 25

1. Process and Authorize Transactions for Escrow/Conveyancing and Foreign Cheque Collection
2. Service enquiries and investigtions and ensure no aging when performing reconciliations.
3. Ensure daily processing are within SLA standards and escalate timely for potential risk events
4. Co-lead the team and built a cohesive working environment in achieving the department's KPIs.
5. Ensure daily resource allocation is well-balanced and meet daily KPI deliverables.

Job Requirements

Work Experience Desired
1. Relevant Cash management experience in the banking sector
2. At least 5 years of experience in Remittance with people management

1. Possess good communication skills and is proficient in English (written and spoken communication)
2. Independent Team player with leadership qualities
3. Good people management skills 
4. Ability to multi-task and stay focused
5. Meticulous and have an eye for details

What are the Skills/Technical Ability required?
1.  Familiar and able to navigate basic MS office applications
