About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in the Bank.

Job Responsibilities

1. The role is Subject-Matter-Expert.

2. This role is very critical with the spread of responsibility and demanded the person to have great technology knowledge/experience combined with strong business acumen.

3. This role has to deal and coordinate with many senior business T&O stakeholders in regional covering wide-spread portfolio, such as Cash & Payment, Channel & Service, and Trade & Lending.

4. This role has to manage the complexity of planning and prioritization including Country IT Strategic Plan, Budgeting and Investment approval, which also requires strong coordination between group and local.
5. The IT projects under this role are multi-years and significant for the bank and this role has to oversee the progress of the programme and address if there is any adjustment or alignment based on the latest business landscape and other IT projects.
6. This role is critical to develop a robust IT Payment roadmap based on Indonesia Payment Landscape plan from 2020-2025 and business plan/priority.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above (Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Technology discipline)

2. Have working experience in relevant area, preferable with Tehnology and Project Management background (10 years experience is preferred)

3. Work well under pressure and ability to work to the right deadline

4. Have strong communication and coordination skills with other units and external parties

5. Ability to work in metrics organization involve many and senior stakeholders

6. Fluent in English (active)
